H.H.H. Incorporated stands behind the quality of its decals and labels. If we ship you an incorrect item or if there is a mistake on the final product, we will replace the defective item and arrange for return shipping if return shipment is deemed necessary. In the event that an incorrect item is shipped, we will ship the correct item to you within 1 business day and file the necessary return authorization paperwork with the freight carrier for return of the incorrect item.
All custom orders require signed and dated proofs and returns are not accepted on custom items unless we are responsible for the product defect (Please Triple Check Your Proofs!). In the event of a production error on a custom item, we will replace the defective item as quickly as possible (usually 7-10 days for screen printed decals, 4-5 days for pressure sensitive labels).
Normal Wear and Tear
While H.H.H. Incorporated uses high quality vinyls, paper stocks, and inks, the products we sell are primarily used outdoors and are exposed to harsh environmental conditions that will lead to product wear over time. Graffiti, fading, scraping, peeling and other common environmental stresses do not constitute a defective product. Please be advised that Orange, Red, Yellow, and Gradients begin fading in 12-18 months if no clear coat is used.

Purchase and use of decals and/or signs for products that are regulated in any way at any jurisdictional level are solely at customer’s discretion and risk.
